Digital Practices, Blairgowrie & Rattray - Individuals

Digital Change for Climate Justice Project

This survey is part of a bigger project called Digital Change for Climate Justice, which is looking at the environmental and social impacts of our digital lives.

Digital Practices, Blairgowrie & Rattray is a small piece of work looking at how people and groups around the River Ericht currently use digital tools and information, and what that means for climate as well as for community life.

The digital systems behind flood monitoring, community communication, and environmental data are often energy intensive and controlled by organisations far from the places they affect.

So part of this is asking whether lower energy, community owned alternatives could work better here, and part of it is simply understanding what's already going on: what works well, what doesn't, and how people feel about the data and technology involved.

This should take about 15 to 20 minutes. Complete it as an individual, thinking about your personal day-to-day digital usage.

There are no right or wrong answers.

Please feel free to pass on the link to any other person you think could take part.
